* Present continuous or progressive

- actions happening at the moment of speaking
Ex : I am eating now

Form :
Be + Verbe à l’infinitif + ing
Eat —> I am eating

* Present Simple
- ce qui est toujours vrai
- habitude
- ce qui est en général

Ex : I eat potatoes.

Form :
Il faut rajouter un s à la 3ème personne du singulier sinon pour toutes les personnes, on met l’infinitif.
